Areas of responsibility

  • Support for the Chef de Rang
  • Drinks and food service at a service station
  • Mis-en-place
  • Preparation and follow-up work in the restaurant
  • Taking and passing on orders
  • Maintaining order, cleanliness and hygiene at the station

Prerequisites

  • Completed vocational or school education
  • Good serving skills
  • Good manners & well-groomed appearance
  • Punctuality, speed & reliability
  • Cleanliness & hygiene
  • Flexibility & stress resistance
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • German and foreign language skills an advantage
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Austria
