Wellness area
In our wellness area there is an indoor pool with 110 m² of water surface, a spacious sunbathing area and a view of the Hochfügen mountain panorama.
Swimming is an effective full-body workout that strengthens the muscles and cardiovascular system and is also easy on the joints. The pleasantly tempered water (around 28-30 °C), treated according to the Grander method, ensures a pleasant bathing experience. Our whirlpool corner, floor bubblers and massage jets promote relaxation and regeneration - ideal for recharging your batteries for the next day in the mountains.
Various heat oases
In our indoor pool, you will also find an aroma steam grotto with a temperature of around 48 °C and a humidity of around 90 %. The combination of heat and humidity has a relaxing, cleansing and beneficial effect - especially for the respiratory tract.
The offer is complemented by our Physiotherm infrared cabin, whose deep heat stimulates blood circulation and metabolism and relieves tension and muscle pain. The panoramic indoor pool, the aroma steam grotto and the infrared cabin are also available for children.
Our modern sauna area with Finnish sauna, organic herbal sauna and other relaxation zones is also at your disposal. Ideal for recharging your batteries after an active day in the mountains.
