Areas of responsibility
- Organisation of work processes at the post
- Cooking at the post
- Mis-en-place
- Instructing the kitchen staff / Commis
- Quality assurance and control
- Monitoring stock levels at the station and passing on order requirements to the sous chef & head chef
- Compliance and control: cleanliness and hygiene at the station
Prerequisites
- Completed training - catering or hotel industry
- Austrian & international cuisine
- Punctuality, good time management, speed
- Reliability
- Cleanliness & hygiene
- Organisational skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
