Payment according to collective agreement with willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.

Areas of responsibility

  • Reception and care of guests
  • Running your own station
  • Setting up and looking after the various buffets
  • Instructing and guiding commis and trainees
  • Beverage and wine sales as well as wine recommendations
  • Carrying out wine service
  • Competent advice on the food and beverage selection
  • Quick and guest-orientated handling of complaints
  • Shared responsibility for tidiness and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Induction and training of employees

Prerequisites

  • Completed training - catering or hotel industry
  • Very good serving skills
  • Good manners & well-groomed appearance
  • Punctuality, good time management, speed
  • Reliability & organisational skills
  • Cleanliness & hygiene
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Good receptiveness and quick problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work flexible hours
  • Proficiency in the German language
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
