Our newly designed sauna area with Finnish sauna, organic herbal sauna and Luis Trenker infrared cabin is located in the separate nude area, which is physically separated from the wellness area. Here you will find the ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries after an active day.
Alpine sauna
Finnish sauna ~ 90°C
In the dry heat of the sauna, the temperature of the skin rises by up to ten degrees and that of the body by one to two degrees overall. The alternation between heat and subsequent cooling stimulates the circulation and metabolism and cleanses the skin and body tissue. Sweating thickens the blood. To compensate for this, water and with it metabolic waste products, heavy metals and pathogens are transferred from the body tissue into the blood. They leave the body via the sweat glands and kidneys.
Organic herbal sauna ~ 60°C
At a humidity of 45%, the body's defences are boosted and the circulation stimulated.
Infrared cabin
Infrared heat from 30 °C
Even Luis Trenker was aware of the beneficial effect of warmth on body, mind and soul and sweated after long mountain tours in his self-constructed "Wärmekammerl". The South Tyrolean fashion and lifestyle label has revitalised this tradition together with the Tyrolean specialist for infrared technology - Physiotherm. Equipped with lovely alpine details and the proven Physiotherm technology, you can enjoy healthy sweating from 30 °C in the infrared cabin without straining the cardiovascular system. This relieves tension and back pain, strengthens the immune system and promotes blood circulation.
